The Altay Tavan Bogd Mountains(Five Saints) have the five highest peaks in Mongolia:

• Huiten (Cool) Peak 4374 m (Great Mongol)
• Burged Peak (Eagle)4310 m
• Naran Peak (Sunny)4280 m
• Ulgii Peak(Motherland) 4100 m
• Malchin Peak (Herdsman)4138 m

Huiten (Cool) Peak (4374m), is located overlooking the borders of three country - Mongolia, Russia and China. For this reason it is called Nairamdal (Friendship) Peak.

Tour itinerary

Day 1. Arrive in Mongolia and city tour
After arriving to Ulaanbaatar, you'll be greeted at the airport and escorted to your hotel. We visit the National History Museum, where you will see artifacts from Mongolia and Central Asia from the Stone Age to the present.

Day 2. Fly to Bayan Ulgii.

• Flight to the capital of the Bayn-Ulgii province, Ulgii. The flight takes 3 and a half hours, and on arrival at the airstrip in the Ulgii
• Locating in SnowPeak camp

Day 3. Going to  Altai Tavan Bogd  National Park.

We arrive to the Altai Tavan Bogd National park. We overnight in ger camp.

Day 4. Visting POTANII Glacier. 

Potanii Glacier /about 20km long/is ice river starts from Altai Tavan Bogd Snow peaks.Walking along this river,you will have a great opportunity to feel youself fresh and untouched mountain country.Near this river,we see the Shiveet Khairkhan Mountian.This is sacred mountain for local Tuvan people.This single high mountain has over 400 ibex as there is no hunting. On the southeast part of mountain you will see the biggest rock printing.  

Day 5-6. Hiking

Hiking day is started.

Day 7-8 Back to  ger camp

• Returning to ger camp and staying on the overnight.
• Back to our ger camp and locating

Day 9 Back to the Ulgii

• Viewing several spectacular landscapes on the way to Ulgii and visiting Kazakh nomad families
• Overnight on the way to Ulgii

• Locating SnowPeak camp

• B+L

Day 10  Arriving to  the Ulgii

We arrive to the Ulgii. You will have chance to see Ulgii central museum and Ulgii Bazar.

Day 11 Departing  to the Ulaanbaatar

• Having final party in Ulgii

• Departing from Ulaanbaatar

• B+L

Day 12  Departing from Mongolia.

Finaly Goodbye and Departing from Mongolia.
